The Role
We are looking for a frontend engineer who understands that frontend is not just UI. It is the product. You will take ownership of key parts of the player experience and work closely with design and backend to build something that is fast, intuitive and converts.

This role is for someone who cares about detail, performance and how things feel in the hands of a real user.

What You Will Own

Frontend Architecture
Build and scale reusable component systems using React and TypeScript. Keep things clean, structured and built to last.

Player Experience
Own the core journeys including signup, deposit and gameplay. Remove friction and make the experience seamless.

Performance and Speed
Continuously improve load times, responsiveness and overall performance across devices. Speed is not optional here.

Design Execution
Work closely with design to bring concepts to life properly. Attention to detail matters and so does knowing when to challenge something.

Product Thinking
Understand the why behind what you are building. Make decisions that improve engagement, retention and player value.

Code Quality
Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to a strong engineering standard. Review work, give feedback and raise the bar.

What We Are Looking For

Frontend Experience
At least four years building modern applications with React and TypeScript.

State Management
Strong experience managing complex state using tools such as Redux Jotai or similar.

Modern Stack
Experience with Next.js is important. Familiarity with Node.js is useful.

Performance Awareness
Clear understanding of browser behaviour rendering and optimisation. You know how to identify and fix issues.

Tooling
Comfortable working with GitHub workflows and testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.

Bonus

Startup environment
Gaining valuable Experience in iGaming fintech or similar high performance environments
Exposure to data driven products were frontend impacts revenue
