ABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As part of the development of FDJ UNITED’s international iLottery activities, we are looking for a Game Designer to support the creation and expansion of our Instant Win Games portfolio, with a strong focus on the US market. Reporting to the iLottery Director, you will join the international product organization and work closely with Product Managers, studios and cross‑functional teams across Europe and the United States.

The Game Designer plays a central role in shaping FDJ UNITED’s portfolio of games to support international growth. You will design, document and propose innovative Instant Win Games, ensuring strong market relevance, regulatory compliance and an outstanding player experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You design and produce comprehensive Game Design Documentation for Instant Win Games dedicated to international iLottery markets, with a specific focus on the United States.
• You leverage in‑depth knowledge of the US market to adapt game mechanics, themes and player experiences to local preferences and regulatory constraints.
• You produce sample datasets and scenario data to support game design documentation, simulations and decision‑making.
• You play a key role in shaping FDJ UNITED’s international game portfolio by driving innovation and operational excellence.
• You lead regular ideation and brainstorming workshops to generate new game concepts, align stakeholders and secure high‑level buy‑in prior to formal proposals.
• You build and present structured proposals for new games, from initial concept through to validation.
• You support in‑depth market analysis across the organization, leveraging customer insights, player behavior analytics and competitive intelligence.
• You innovate using existing and upcoming product features and feed the product roadmap with new requirements when necessary.
• You ensure all game designs deliver superior player experiences while meeting regulatory standards and achieving competitive differentiation.
• You contribute to the review of FDJ UNITED’s current B2B content and customer offering.
• You provide structured feedback to the product team when evaluating new partners, particularly in the context of Make vs Buy decisions.
• You act as a key liaison with internal teams and studios to determine the most appropriate development setup.
• You develop and implement structured processes for content roadmap management and prioritization.
• You leverage player behavior analytics, A/B testing and customer interviews.
• You lead and mentor a high‑performing content design and development team.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, WE THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE

• A proven experience of +10 years as a Game Designer, ideally within iLottery, gaming or regulated digital entertainment environments.
• A strong expertise in Instant Win Games mechanics and player engagement models.
• An in‑depth understanding of the US iLottery market.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, international environments.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
