ABOUT THE ROLE
The Resort General Manager is responsible for the full operational and financial management of a city resort focused on serviced apartments (no F&B outlets). The position reports to regional leadership and oversees all operating departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Guest Services, and Finance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead daily operations and ensure consistent delivery of guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Manage operational budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, cost controls, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance management, training, and development of teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety, and brand quality standards.
• Manage supplier relationships, maintenance contractors, and facility upkeep.
• Review and optimize occupancy, ADR, and GOP performance in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Identify operational opportunities and implement change initiatives with a hands -on approach.
PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS
• Experience as a Resort/Hotel Manager or senior department head ready for step -up (e.g., Rooms Division Manager or Front Office Manager).
• Strong operational leadership and understanding of budget management.
• Ability to drive change, improve processes, and take initiative without over -bureaucratization.
• Strong guest orientation and stakeholder management skills.
• Language: French required; English is an advantage.
• Experience in serviced apartments or urban resort environments is a plus.

CONDITIONS
• Salary approx. EUR 50,000–55,000 gross annually
