Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently address inquiries and resolve any customer issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members to improve customer service and share valuable feedback.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Participate in training and development sessions to continually enhance service skills.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-centric attitude and a positive approach to challenges.
• Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
