In this role, you will assist German-speaking customers with their video streaming needs, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on how to use the platform effectively and make the most of its features.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and improve support skills.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service focus with a passion for helping others.
• Prior experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a friendly and customer-oriented approach.
• A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and adapting to changes.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with video streaming platforms is a plus.
