Givaudan Careers Global Business Coordinator

We are looking for a Global Business Coordinator to join our site in Argenteuil. Reporting directly to the Key International Account Manager, you will provide effective commercial, project, and administrative support to help deliver customer projects and support business insights for the account.

Core responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate information in relevant business systems and under appropriate authorization pricing, formula reservation, etc. in order to meet customer requests and to maintain accurate Givaudan data bases


• Business analysis & sales reporting; act as a super-user in sales systems


• Liaise with Controlling Division & Pricing for business analysis eg.rebate &  KPIs'


• Proactively support account managers by processing and following up on project creation and updates, system customer creation and updates, sample requests, offers & quotations, regulatory documentation, raw material checks, new demand plans, and trial orders in a timely manner


• Monitor deadlines, tracking of projects and sales activity for accurate KPIs


• Serve as an interdepartmental coordination specialist between sales and other departments regarding portfolio needs and project requirements


• Provide administrative and organisational support for internal and external events, including meetings, workshops, client activities.


• Perform administrative tasks tailored to the team’s needs, such as coordinating larger-scale projects under supervision (e.g., norm compliance programs))

Your professional profile includes:

• High School diploma and above


• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support role


• Fluency in English and French


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work produced


• Advanced computer literacy and proficient in navigating business systems


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Strong planning and organisational abilities


• Effective problem-solving skills


• Excellent time management and prioritisation; capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
