Project Management Officer Fragrance and Ingredient Management (FIM) – Argenteuil, France – Your future position?

Our Fragrance and Ingredient Management team is dedicated to preserving the rich heritage of our scents. This strategic activity for the Fragrance & Beauty Division of Givaudan includes guarantying the continuity of supply of our unique creations. 

Throughout proactive partnership with our customers we engage activities to circumvent any supply disruption. 

As a Project Management Officer, you will structure, standardise, and support project implementation activities across the FIM organisation. 

You will ensure the correct application of methods, proper use of tools, and coherence of execution among the various projects of the Department. 

You will oversee and report the projects’ progress, fostering the alignment, better risk / dependencies management and improving the overall coordination across teams. 

Reporting to the Head of FIM Global Solutions, in this highly autonomous role you will:

• Support the Global FIM leaders in:

- Establishing the implementation plans for the various projects or initiatives, gathering input from the relevant stakeholders (FIM experts, Technical Perfumers around the world, partners from other organisations, such as Operations, Regulatory teams etc.)

- Putting in place the project scorecards and follow up

- Supporting the team in projects dependencies arbitration, providing the consolidated visibility of Department initiatives’ progress, risks, constraints

- Support the department Leads / coordinators, when required

• Drive the execution of Significant Projects, when delegated, in collaboration with the Sponsor / FIM Leader:

- Monitor the activities of each function and actor, necessary for the good execution of the plan, including the ones of Global FIM

- Maintain strong KPIs and drumbeat sessions with all actors involved in the established plan

- Alert and report in timely manner all challenges or malfunctions

- Manage project risks and mitigation plans

- Put in place and execute communication plans according to the typology of Stakeholders

• Partner with Global FIM Business and Data Analysts to optimise monitoring capabilities

• Input to the FIM Global Solution Head any supporting systems gaps and needs

• Promote Best practices in Project Management, train the teams, provide practical guides You:

• University degree

• Multi-site/multi-Process, Project management & Change Management

• Proven experience in stakeholders' management

• Fluent in English and French
