Role and Responsibilities
You are joining the Marketing team. In strong interaction with product, marketing and sales, you
are leading the establishment of the Professional Education department.
You will be responsible for a team that is in charge of:
Designing and developing external training contents, processes, programs, platforms and tools to drive adoption of Dental Monitoring’s products across the world
Managing speakers and KOLs global contents, programs, processes and tools and ensure proper regional execution
Customer education curriculum
Supporting product launches in collaboration with regional teams
This role is a cornerstone of the organization, requiring strong collaboration with multiple
departments, such as sales, marketing, product management and IT.
You will leading the regional professional education managers through dotted line.
You will be responsible for proposing and setting the long term strategy for the activities as well
as the department, and lead proper execution on the ground. An appetite for data driven results
is a must.
Information Security
Be aware of their own responsibility regarding information security
Perform their work according to the applicable policies and procedures
Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our ISMS
Report any observed or suspected weaknesses in our ISMS and any information security incident
Promote awareness regarding information security in the team
Monitor the applicable key indicators of the ISMS
Quality and Regulatory Compliance
Be vigilant and responsible for your product quality and performed activities.
Carry out tasks in accordance with applicable quality/regulatory policy and procedures.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System.
Report any observed or suspected materiovigilance in our QMS, and any irregularities related to our products and activities.
Be aware that a product defect can occur as a result of improper execution of a task performed.
Essential Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivering company-wide trainings
Track record in developing and executing successful training programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinker with innovative ideas and problem-solving skills
