The Role


France is one of Gigs’ most exciting growth markets. We’re looking for a Go to Market Lead to build, scale, and own our presence there end-to-end. You’ll be the first person on the ground, a true builder who thrives in ambiguity and knows how to balance strategy with getting things done.


This is a high-ownership role. You’ll be the connector between our global teams and the local market — responsible for building partnerships, growing our customer base, ensuring operational excellence, and hiring the right team to deliver.

What You’ll Do



  • Own the market strategy: Shape Gigs’ France go-to-market strategy, aligning with global leadership on goals and priorities.

  • Drive growth: Build and grow relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and regulators to drive adoption.

  • Hire and lead: Assemble and lead a small but mighty local team as we scale.

  • Be hands-on: Run point on major launches, key customer deals, and operational challenges.

  • Ensure compliance: Partner with Legal, Ops, and Finance to stay compliant with local regulations and best practices.

  • Connect the dots: Act as the bridge between local market needs and Gigs’ product, operations, and leadership teams.


What We Are Looking For



  • Proven experience launching or scaling a market or business line in France (ideally in tech, fintech, or telecom).

  • Deep understanding of the France business and regulatory environment.

  • Strong commercial instincts — you can close deals, build partnerships, and spot opportunities.

  • Builder mindset — you’re excited to be the first hire, set the playbook, and scale from zero to one.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in French and English.

  • Resilient, self-starter, comfortable making decisions in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
