About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Go-To-Market Specialist to support product activation and retail channel promotion in France.
This role focuses on driving product visibility, promotional execution, retail competitiveness, and performance tracking across key retail channels. The position will work closely with sales, marketing, and internal teams to ensure products are effectively promoted and activated in the retail market.
This is not a sales or account management role. The ideal candidate should have strong execution capability, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate and follow through on retail initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support go-to-market execution for products across retail channels
- Coordinate product visibility, promotional campaigns, pricing updates, and retail activation initiatives
- Research and monitor retail marketing activities, promotional trends, competitor campaigns, and in-store/online retail activation initiatives
- Support the planning, follow-up, execution, and performance tracking of retail marketing activities and promotional campaigns
- Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, promotions, and retail activities
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze retail sell-out data and market performance indicators
- Track promotion effectiveness, retail performance trends, and product activation results
- Prepare post-campaign reviews, retail analysis, and performance tracking reports
- Organize and consolidate product selling points and retail promotion materials
- Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to align retail activation priorities
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of retail initiatives
- Monitor inventory status and support coordination for product availability during promotional activities
- Identify market opportunities and provide recommendations to improve retail performance and product competitiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience is appreciated in go-to-market, trade marketing, retail activation, channel marketing, sales operations, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work on sales and market performance data
- Strong execution and follow-up skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Commercial mindset with interest in retail business and market trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
- Good Excel and reporting skills
- Fluent French and professional English required
Preferred Background
Experience in consumer electronics, IT, networking, telecom, or retail-driven industries is a plus.
