We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of KYC to join our fast-growing team.
In this role, you will lead a total team of 30+ KYC Analysts (of which 8 are outsourced), and you will directly manage a group of 5-6 supervisors / managers, with the team expected to grow as Swan continues to scale.
Reporting to our Operations C-level Officer, you’ll work closely with our Head of Transaction Monitoring (also in the Operations department) and our Head of Fincrime (in the Risk department), to scale and strengthen our AML and Anti-Fraud operations. You’ll play a key role in building a best-in-class team and ensuring our processes remain robust, efficient, and compliant as we grow.
