Head of Marketing & Communication Customer Unit France, Belgium, Algeria, Tunisia.

The Head of Marketing & Communication for the Customer Unit (CU) FBAT area is accountable for managing all internal and external marketing and communications activities across France, Belgium, Algeria, and Tunisia. 
In this pivotal Customer Unit, the Marketing and Communication team collaborates closely with the Sales organization, and you will serve as the strategic advisor for Marketing and Corporate Communications within the Customer Unit (CU) Leadership team.
The Head of Marketing & Communication for the Customer Unit (CU) FBAT reports directly to the Head of Marketing, Communication, and SCR in MELA (Market Area Europe and Latin America) and has a dotted line to the Head of Customer Unit (CU) FBAT.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Marketing, External and Internal Communications for CU FBAT 
  • Partner with Central functions to activate relevant local activities across Marketing, Digital, PR, and Internal Communications
  • Contribute to the Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility agenda within the Customer Unit FBAT
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Customer Unit Head and rest of Leadership Team for the Customer Unit in all Marketing and Communications topics
  • Lead the sales enablement agenda and customer engagement tactics to develop an effective and exceptional customer journey, ensuring the effectiveness of all sales teams
  • Lead and take ownership of specific marketing and communication projects to support the growth of the Europe and LATAM Marketing and Communications team
  • Manage the annual budget to achieve maximum results 
  • Lead and Enable a team of seasoned Marketing and Communication professionals 
  • To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 10-12+ years of experience in B2B marketing or communications within a complex global technology company 
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills 
  • Fluency in French is a mandatory requirement
  • Exceptional relationship-building and leadership skills, along with prior line management experience • Significant expertise in sales enablement and demand generation, account-based marketing, global marketing campaigns, digital marketing, internal and external communications, and enterprise marketing 
  • Solid People and Thought Leadership experience
  • Ability to interface and meet with our customers
  • Experience from working in a Matrix business ecosystem
  • Outstanding team and interpersonal skills
  • High Standards of Ethics and Compliance
