We are looking for a Head of Marketing France to design and lead our local marketing strategy -combining strategic thinking with operational pace and strong execution. This is a high-ownership, high-impact leadership role, fully aligned with global direction and adapted to French market needs, with full responsibility for brand growth and commercial impact across all channels.
Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:
Brand, Portfolio & Category
Adapt global brand direction to the French market and serve as the local brand guardian
Define local portfolio priorities and own the category narrative — building the case for why waterdrop®, why now, and why here
PR, Partnerships & Events
Build brand visibility through strategic PR, high-impact partnerships, and brand events
Connect waterdrop® to French consumer culture through sport, music, and wellness activations
Content, Social Media & Influence
Define the French content strategy across formats and channels, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance
Lead social media presence and influencer strategy, building community and driving brand awareness through the right voices and platforms
Omnichannel Activation & Trade Marketing
Drive consistent brand execution across e-commerce, owned stores, retail, and B2B
Develop shopper programs and customer activations that deliver at the point of sale
Performance & Budget
Own the marketing P&L, set KPIs across awareness, consideration, and conversion, and optimise investment allocation to drive brand growth and commercial impact
Team & Cross-functional Leadership
Lead and develop the local marketing team with full autonomy
Act as the key connector between Global Marketing and local Sales, Key Account, and Operations stakeholders
Your strengths and qualifications:
Senior marketing leader with proven experience in FMCG, wellness, or lifestyle
Proven 360° marketing expertise: brand, content, social media, digital, trade, partnerships, and events
Strong understanding of the French consumer and retail landscape
Entrepreneurial, execution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving matrix organisation
Experience in an omnichannel environment (e-commerce, retail, B2B) is a plus
Bilingual French/English
