At Dailymotion we’re building a social network powered by video. Our ambition is clear: challenge the global leaders and bring Europe to the table.
We believe video should do more than entertain. It should spark conversations, connect people, and grow communities that last.
We’ve already started. With 100M monthly active users (including 1.5M on our apps), we’re moving fast with the momentum to make video social again.
Alongside this, Dailymotion Pro helps professionals host and broadcast video securely, and Dailymotion Advertising offers a premium, brand-safe ad platform.
Our 400 teammates across Paris, New York, and Singapore — representing more than 45 nationalities — share the same ambition: to shape the future of video as a space for connection.
We're building THE next big social app in a startup-minded squad within Dailymotion, and we need a technical leader to take us to the next level.
You'll be leading a team of 3 Android engineers, 3 iOS engineers, working closely with 3 Python backend developers, QA, Design, and Product to create an experience used by millions of users.
This is not a pure management role. We're looking for someone who is still deeply connected to the craft, able to code, review architecture, and technically challenge the team every day. Think 60% leadership, 40% hands-on. If you've thrived in high-growth startups or scale-ups, shipped consumer apps to millions of users, and you still get excited by a clean architecture or a well-optimized render pipeline, this role was written for you.
