How you’ll make an impact:
- Own and drive user acquisition: build scalable, performance-focused UA strategies that are optimized across platforms, audiences, and funnel stages to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead digital branding & influencer amplification: work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute innovative digital branding and influencer campaigns that elevate brand presence and drive qualified user traffic.
- Team leadership: manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 3 direct reports, fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and excellence.
- Champion channel innovation: say ahead of digital trends and channel innovations, bringing fresh insights and thought leadership into team brainstorms, strategic planning, and campaign execution.
- Performance reporting & insights: deliver timely, actionable reporting and insights on performance on a regular basis.

- You bring 5+ years of full-funnel digital marketing experience, spanning user acquisition and digital branding across major platforms.
- You’re genuinely passionate about media and media planning, with a deep curiosity for what drives performance and brand impact.
- You’re analytically sharp — confident with numbers, fluent in Excel and Slides, and capable of translating data into actionable insights and clear next steps.
- You have hands-on experience with key campaign tools, from creative testing and tracking software to TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Snapchat, and affiliate networks.
- You’re autonomous, reliable, and transparent in your communication — and flexible enough to adapt as business needs evolve.
- You speak fluent English and thrive in an international, fast-paced environment.
