What You'll Do We are seeking a Human resources apprentice with strong expertise in labor laws to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play an essential role and have the opportunity to work on a variety of topics. You will be involved in all HR topics related to our recent exciting acquisition:
Participation in implementing integration processes for new acquisition, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company culture Collaborate with legal team to review, revise and update company agreements to ensure compliance with current regulations and practices. Review, align, explain benefits. S upport implementation of various internal HR programs, policies Who You'll Work With You will work under direction of Country Acceleration for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and specifically with France.
You will partner very closely with Country support team, Employee Relations, Benefits, Payroll and for sure with our Country Acceleration EMEA Team.
Who You Are Required Skills and Experience:
Final year's master's student (Master 2) in Human Resources Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) I n-depth knowledge of labor law and current regulations related to human resources. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with other team members Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Both Flexibility and strong organisation skills are necessary to succeed Colorful hair? Don't care. U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
