About France & Belgium cluster

Ferring France employs 80 people and Ferring Belgium employs 13 people. Thanks to its strong involvement in the treatment of disease, our cluster has gained recognition from all healthcare players by developing a quality of service and information that makes it a genuine partner and expert.

Ferring+You

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for the correct implementation of the Human Resources processes, programs and policies in line with Ferring’s global guidelines and local requirements, contributing to a culture of efficiency, high performance and collaboration. The scope of this role is for France and Belgium and may require occasional traveling.

Your day at Ferring

Responsibilities:

  • Defines and implements the Annual Training Plan (Plan de développement des compétences) in line with strategic objectives of the cluster, ensuring proactive interaction with Codir members and external institutions.
  • Promotes the successful integration of new employees through high-impact onboarding programs (planning d’intégration).
  • Ensures that the HR global processes are applied locally in a smooth and proactive way: Engagement survey, Performance Management, Compensation Review, Talent Review, Development Plans, Career Plans, Leadership Programs, Mentoring Programs, etc., ensuring proactive support to managers and timely communication to all employees.
  • Ensures that local HR requirements are met, such as: the interview after 4 and 8 years of seniority (entretien de parcours professionnel et bilan professionnel à 8 ans), workload survey (entretien de la charge de travail), etc.
  • Uses “Workday” efficiently to execute the HR processes, ensuring high data quality.
  • Performs recruiting interviews to evaluate the candidate’s adherence to the job’s requirements.
  • Delivers training (on site and remotely) to all employees, related to new HR tools, programs, projects, etc.
  • Actively participates in organizational culture projects such as: change management, diversity and inclusion, wellness, teambuildings, etc.
  • Supports the HR Director and GM in all labor relations matters (works council and unions in France).
  • Keeps management and employees informed on all relevant HR matters related to the job, in a timely and proactive way.
  • Ensures accurate control and follow up of the budget, finding efficiencies to maximize resource allocation.
  • Carries out the P2P process to ensure punctual payment to external HR suppliers (Genpact).
