About the Role


 The successful candidate will:

  • Ensure activities are focused on key business issues and an effective operational service is provided.

  • Perform and support all employee lifecycle related processes from Hire to Retire (such as hiring, onboarding, end of employment)

  • Ensure a consistent approach to HR activities and initiatives within regional and global policies/legal requirements, whilst adhering to local statutory requirements and legislation.

  • Provide support to the business on all matters associated with staff to enhance individual and team capability and performance.

  • Design and help implement company policies

  • Participate in regional or global projects, as required.

  • Cooperate with HR service providers and stakeholders, ( Payroll Team, brokers, Knowledge Experts, External service providers)


  • About You

    To be considered for the role of a HR manager you will need to have:

  • Degree Level and or HR/Business qualification

  • 3-5 years HR experience (including Generalist experience) ideally in a global or regional matrix organization

  • Strong knowledge of French labour laws and regulations

  • Proactive, with a focus on superb service delivery and problem-solving attitude

  • Able to effectively manage a demanding workload and multiple priorities

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Fluent spoken and written French & English
