Provide a remarkable employee experience by Managing Tier 1 cases from our HR email in-boxes, addressing employees requests, and triaging with other functions as appropriate. Monitor inbox volume, and lean in to support ticket assignments and Tier 1 cases from other regions through resolution to ensure we meet our SLAs. Cross-train with other HR Specialists to broaden your knowledge and areas of support. Support compliance by actively monitoring and providing recommendations on policies, procedures, and practices that align with legal and regulatory requirements. Review "As Is" transaction and reporting processes across the People Operations Org with a continuous improvement and automation mindset, provide recommendations on whether changes, including further automation, can be made to improve the process, and partner with cross-functional teams on implementation. Participate in the implementation of automation of processes within your scope by partnering with Sr HR Ops Specialists, HRIS, Payroll, and other functional teams. Proactively audit and update HRIS (Workday) data to ensure data integrity Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided Collaborate in cross-functional projects in support of our key priorities. Partner with the Employee relations team to provide employee relations support, from performance management through to complex investigations, offering thought partnership and coaching for all stages from case preparation through to case conclusion. Positively collaborate across peer groups - specifically individuals within Employment Legal, HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance to optimize processes. Specific to in-Country HR Ops Specialists:
Responsible for compliance with local HR regulations and responding to information requests / data audits from local authorities. Partner with the Employee Relations and Legal teams on in-Country investigations and performance management activities. We are looking for people with:
3+ years of experience working in a Human Resources function within a lean, fast-paced work environment Must be Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken A strong customer service orientation with high attention to detail and follow through HR Operations experience partnering with HR functions (Compensation, Payroll, etc). Prior knowledge & experience with WorkDay or other HR Information Systems The ability to exercise sound and efficient judgment when managing complex decisions and confidential information.
