école internationale de management du Bac +3 au Bac +5 recherche, pour l’un de ses partenaires, un HR PROJECT & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (H/F) , en stage en Suisse

Missions :

Participate in ongoing projects: new HRIS and the updating of the employee handbook

Assisting with key HR duties : recruitment, training and performance management

Contribute to the administrative management of employees

Profil :

A first experience in a Human Ressources department is highly desirable

Good knowledge of the Swiss and/or French social system

Very good level of written and spoken English and French

Very good command of Microsoft Office

At ease in an international environment

Good knowledge of HR tools for staff development an asset

Excellent organizational skills and sense of responsibility

Ability to summarize information and strong writing skills

Discretion

Ability to prioritize

Enthusiasm and commitment

Good sense of initiative

Ability to work independently and in a team
