Where will you be in the organization?
The division
You will join the Group Operations Transformation division, aiming to accelerate the success of AXA Group Operations (GO) by providing simple and user-oriented services across Transformation and Change management, Human Resources and Communication.

The department / team
GOT IS team is responsible for the support of global and local HR, Communication and Facilities systems and tools in AXA GO. We provide support in project management related to HR tools and systems, support HR teams in implementing new or improving existing IT solutions.
We enhance HR solutions to provide employees the best experience.
About the job
Job purpose and mission
As HRIS Analyst you will be involved in:
·Governance of the systems and tools in scope of GOT IS team (Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, Cornerstone and other solutions)
·Being HRIS business partner for one or several HR teams, providing support and guidance in HRIS related topics, project management and business analysis,
·Expertise and L2 support for one or several tools (Core HR, Compensation, Performance, Learning etc; data management and mass uploads, minor incidents management, escalation to IT and Product teams, user administration and security management),
·Project management in local and global projects related to HRIS, including those with high-level sponsorship and visibility,
·Transversal orchestrator in a specific stream related to performance and promotions letters distribution, as part of the company’s year-end performance review process
·Change management and training to HR teams and end users,
·Compliance assessment governance of systems and tools across GOT Department,
·Leading on one or several of GOT IS services or process streams,
·Coordination between multiple teams and stakeholders both in day-to-day and project mode,
·Reporting and dashboard management
Expected skills & experience
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Experience
·Min. experience of 3 years as IT consultant or HRIS business analyst,
·Experience in the field of HRIS: Performance, WFA, recruitment, compensation management tools (ServiceNow, Oracle HCM HR solutions experience is a plus)
Technical skills
·Project management skills for system implementation and upgrades,
·Expertise on one or several HRIS systems,
·IT acumen – ability to learn new systems and technologies fast,
·Knowledge of HR processes and data management best practices,
·Advanced Excel knowledge,
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to connect the dots between business requirements and IT solutions,
·Practical knowledge of PowerPoint and other office tools,
Soft skills / transversal skills
·Fluent in French and English,
·Ability to work in a matrix environment and in parallel on multiple topics,
·Ability to manage stakeholders on different levels across the company,
·Fast learner,
·Curiosity,
·Excellent communication skills,
