Job Description 

We are looking for an experienced IAM Expert to join our Identity & Access Security team. As a key player in managing and securing our identity landscape, you will work across six European offices, ensuring the best possible, compliant IAM services. 

Your role will involve both operational and architectural tasks, advising customers, designing solutions, and maintaining IAM tools. You will also support various audits and handle day-to-day operational tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and configure IAM tools, including troubleshooting with vendors.
  

• Administer IAM processes such as user management, roles, and attributes.
  

• Create and manage interfaces to target systems.
  

• Develop and update automation scripts.
  

• Understand customer requirements, translate them into our environment, and provide solutions.
  

• Support audits through process design, documentation, and verification.
  

• Participate in international and national IAM projects.
  

Profil

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IAM role or relevant experience.
  

• Experience in an international, transnational business environment.
  

• Strong knowledge of security and compliance requirements for IAM solutions.
  

• Technical expertise in IAM, PAM, directory services, DB2, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google).
  

• Hands-on experience with identity management solutions and hybrid IT infrastructures.
  

• Proficiency in script development (SQL, DB2, batch files).
  

• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to handle changing requirements.
  

• Strong independence, self-organization, and coordination with various stakeholders.
  

• Ability to thrive in a complex, international environment and willingness to travel within Europe.
  

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
