Industrialization Project Leader

About the job:

• Lead cross-functional projects from concept and technical definition through to equipment qualification.

• Ensure delivery of project objectives (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and industrialization milestones.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, ensuring clear reporting to stakeholders.

• Define technical specifications, action plans, and project schedules aligned with priorities and resources.

• Oversee equipment validation, qualification, and implementation.

• Anticipate and manage risks, supporting problem-solving with production and quality teams.

• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement and best practices.

• Act as a technical reference within the area of expertise.

• Manage external suppliers, including technical specifications, negotiations, and performance follow-up (QCD).

About you:

• Strong knowledge of micromechanics, automation, statistical tools, DoE, and quality methodologies.

• Experience in manufacturing processes, industrial equipment, and continuous improvement.

• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and propose technical solutions.

• Customer-focused, proactive, and innovative.

• Collaborative and results-driven.

• Strong sense of accountability, quality, and integrity.

• Leadership mindset with adaptability and a continuous improvement approach.

• Good English and French language skills
