Ingénieur en Innovation Process (CDI)

Mission :
Superviser nos essais, accompagner la R&D sur le traitement des poudres, garantir la satisfaction client, sécuriser le lancement d’innovations et renforcer notre expertise.

Principales responsabilités :

• Optimiser la station d’essais sur site, analyser et améliorer les conditions.
• Réaliser ou superviser tests en laboratoire, assurer conformité et analyser les résultats.
• Servir de point de contact technique pour clients, commerciaux et groupes du groupe.
• Élaborer et améliorer protocoles et méthodologies d’essai.

Profil :

• Ingénieur en génie des procédés ou équivalent.
• Connaissance des poudres et équipements, idéal dans l’agroalimentaire.
• Expérience en essais, R&D ou tests, avec maîtrise des méthodologies et analyse de données.
• Bonnes compétences en communication, autonomie, anglais opérationnel.
• Capacité à gérer des projets et à proposer des solutions.
