Join EXCELYA as a Process Development Engineer – Chromatography Systems.We are looking for a dynamic professional with experience to actively contribute to the design, optimization, and lifecycle management of standard chromatography products developed at our site.

This role is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact engineering team integrated with our international development network (Germany, UK, USA), at the heart of innovation in bioprocess solutions.

As part of the Product Development team, you will play a key role in the evolution of our chromatography solutions by:

• Designing and sizing standard chromatography process systems.
• Supporting design improvements of existing standard products.
• Creating and updating P&ID diagrams and bill of materials in PLM tools (Windchill).
• Defining process components required for product development and lifecycle management.
• Creating and modifying components in our design and ERP tools (Windchill, Creo, Navision).
• Participating in testing of process components and functions on development equipment.

Experience: Proven experience in process or equipment development, ideally within chromatography or related fields. Hands-on involvement in product lifecycle activities and component testing. Familiarity with automated systems is a strong asset.

Skills: Proficient in PLM systems (Windchill), CAD tools (Creo), and ERP systems (Navision). Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive mindset to seek out information and drive results across functional and international teams.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on process or mechanical design.

Languages: Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
