Job Description:
At the heart of Eramet Ideas innovation framework, the Innovation Portfolio Manager plays a strategic role in structuring, managing, and enhancing the Group's innovation portfolio.

Acting as a true interface between technical teams, management, and internal stakeholders, you ensure that innovation initiatives align with the Group's strategic priorities, generate measurable value, and support sustainable growth. You oversee governance, visibility, and performance tracking across the entire innovation pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Structure and strengthen innovation governance by simplifying processes and ensuring agility, transparency, and continuous improvement. You lead governance rituals and develop tools, models, and best practices to streamline workflows and better support teams.


• Maintain a consolidated and updated vision of the innovation portfolio in close collaboration with project teams. You identify areas for improvement, redundancies, and new opportunities within the portfolio.


• Drive portfolio performance through the definition and monitoring of key indicators as well as economic analyses of initiatives. You consolidate budgets and optimize resource allocation in collaboration with the Research & Development and Finance teams.


• Identify cost optimization and value creation levers by providing a transversal and analytical perspective on the portfolio.


• Facilitate informed decision-making by providing management with clear, relevant, and up-to-date information tailored to strategic priorities.


• Coordinate and engage internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, coherence, and transparency at all levels of the organization.

Your profil :

• Master’s degree in sciences, business, innovation management or a related field.


• +5 years of experience in innovation management, portfolio management, strategy, or complex project leadership.


• Excellent communication, influencing, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.


• Solid knowledge of innovation methodologies and portfolio management tools.


• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to structure and clarify complex issues.


• Curiosity, autonomy, rigor, and strong business acumen.
