Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)
Understand customer needs and requirements
Converts Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Qualified Leads (Pipeline) including qualifying web inquiries
Schedule appointments with key named accounts for Sales VPs
Spread awareness, nurture and maintain relationships to prospects through 1to1 engagement
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand database of prospects
Team with channel partners to build pipeline
Staying informed about competing products and services.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field
Experience: Proven inside sales experience with at least 5 years exposure in the BPO/contact center services space
Deep understanding of sales cycle in a BPO environment
At least 3 years experience in Inside Sales/Business Development/Lead Generation or Demand Generation
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience
Excellent cold calling skills
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
