Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)

  • Understand customer needs and requirements

  • Converts Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Qualified Leads (Pipeline) including qualifying web inquiries

  • Schedule appointments with key named accounts for Sales VPs

  • Spread awareness, nurture and maintain relationships to prospects through 1to1 engagement

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

  • Maintain and expand database of prospects

  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline

  • Staying informed about competing products and services.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Position Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field

  • Experience: Proven inside sales experience with at least 5 years exposure in the BPO/contact center services space

  • Deep understanding of sales cycle in a BPO environment

  • At least 3 years experience in Inside Sales/Business Development/Lead Generation or Demand Generation

  • Track record of over-achieving quota

  • Strong phone presence and experience

  • Excellent cold calling skills

  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
