Integration Consultant F/H

As an Integration Consultant, you will contribute to the design, build, testing and deployment of integrations for UKG Pro WFM and related HR, Payroll and Workforce Management systems. You will work with customers, functional consultants and technical teams to understand integration requirements, transform data, configure integration flows, support testing activities and troubleshooting execution issues.

The role is suited for someone with prior experience in HRIS, WFM, Payroll, ERP or enterprise integration projects, and who is comfortable working with APIs, data files, middleware tools and customer-facing delivery. Prior experience with UKG Pro WFM or Boomi is valuable but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze integration requirements and translate them into technical integration designs, mappings and configuration.
• Build, configure or adapt integrations using Boomi, UKG templates, APIs, SFTP file exchanges and related integration tools.
• Work with REST APIs, JSON, XML, CSV files, authentication mechanisms, error logs and integration execution reports.
• Support testing cycles, investigate defects, reconcile source and target data, and document resolution steps.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling and Absence Management stakeholders to understand business context and downstream impacts.
• Participate in client workshops, explain integration behavior clearly, and escalate risks or design decisions when needed.
• Maintain integration documentation, mapping specifications, test evidence and deployment notes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, reusable components and delivery practices.

Vos compétences

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in integration, HRIS, WFM, Payroll, ERP or consulting projects.
• Hands-on experience with at least one integration or middleware platform such as Boomi, SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud, Talend, Workato, Informatica, Azure Logic Apps or similar.
• Practical understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, CSV files, SFTP, authentication, data mapping and error handling.
• Previous exposure to HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management or enterprise employee data flows.
• Ability to troubleshoot integration issues, analyze logs and communicate findings to both technical and functional stakeholders.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a customer-facing environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with UKG Pro WFM, UKG Dimensions or other WFM platforms.
• Experience with Boomi in an enterprise integration context.
• Knowledge of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management, Accruals or Payroll interfaces.
• Familiarity with Postman, SQL basics, SFTP, API testing and integration monitoring.
• UKG, Boomi or related integration certifications.

Education

Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Systems, HRIS, Human Resources with proven technical experience.
