Description de l'emploi - Israel Sales Manager


Dextra is a global leader in engineered solutions for concrete reinforcement, engineered bar systems and Geotechnical solutions, committed to delivering innovative products and premium services to major construction projects worldwide.


We are expanding our presence in Israeli dynamic market and are seeking a Sales Manager, based in Israel ideally (or Paris could be considered), to:

  • strengthen our market position and our relationships with Ground Anchoring & Foundations companies, Rebar fabricators, contractors and,
  • actively contribute to our project-oriented commercial development (upcoming Tel Aviv MRT, highrise buildings etc.).


Key Responsibilities include:

Market Development & Sales:

  • Drive business development efforts with Ground anchoring and Foundation companies, supporting them from both technical and commercial standpoints, building relationships with key decision-makers. Have of products specified on key/targeted projects.
  • Drive business development efforts with Reinforcement Fabricators, helping them promote Dextra’s full Concrete Reinforcement Product and service offering, including premium services.
  • In coordination with the DEU General Sales Manager, identify and qualify key infrastructure and building projects (through fabricators or not) conduct a thorough mapping of each of them (Contractors/Designers/Consultants); build and maintain a project pipeline.
  • Participate in targeted industry exhibitions to promote Dextra’s solutions, expand professional networks, and conduct market intelligence.


Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct regular visits and presentations to clients (Contractors/Designers/Consultants) and fabrication facilities, ensuring Dextra is top of mind when it comes to innovation, reliability, and service, and that Dextra solutions are being specified.
  • Educate and train partners on Dextra solutions, including in-factory demonstrations of our systems.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and back-office logistics teams to provide optimal customer support and follow-up.
  • Support and coordinate sales efforts with Partners' sales teams, organizing periodic meetings to refine strategy and set short- and medium-term objectives.


Coordination & Collaboration:

  • Support the regional management team in aligning commercial strategies with project stakeholders (consultants, contractors, fabricators).
  • Participate in key project follow-ups and specification initiatives alongside consultants when needed.


Reporting & Strategic Input:

  • Provide monthly reports covering market activity, project updates, customer feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to sales forecasts and coordinate with Ground Anchoring companies & Reinforcement fabricators on capacity and inventory needs.


Requirements:


  • A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. MBA is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry (Sales / Project Management / Methods /Engineering).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew & English.


ITS skills:

  • CRM Systems: Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for managing sales activities and market intelligence.
  • Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
  • Sales and Quotation Tools: Familiarity with sales and quotation management tools


Other skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build rapport at both shop floor and managerial levels.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to promote value-added services and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Mobile and willing to travel across Israel.
  • Comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with central and regional teams.
  • Experience with precast manufacturing environments and rebar detailing is a plus.
