IT Security Expert

We currently have a vacancy for a IT Security Expert, fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Strasbourg, France. The work will be carried out either on the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated into the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Tasks:

• Ensure regulatory and compliance monitoring;
• Maintain the risk register up to date;
• Qualification and processing of general security requests;
• Support and assistance to business teams on cyber issues;
• Maintain and communicate about Cyber performance indicators;
• Guarantee control of cyber risk to ensure business activity is maintained;
• Coordinate with the RSI the proper management of security incidents;
• Monitor security tools dedicated to information governance;
• Coordination on information security issues with the team outsourcing;
• Collaborate with operational security personnel.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, preferably in computer science, combined with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Experience in regulatory and compliance monitoring;
• Experience in supporting the business team with cyber issues and maintenance of cyber performance indicators;
• Experience in monitoring security tools dedicated to information governance;
• Experience with managing information security incidents;
• Experience with control of cyber risk and maintaining the risk register up to date;
• Experience with processing of general security requests;
• Experience in incident response;
• General knowledge in project management;
• Knowledge of security standards (e.g. ISO27k/EBIOS RM/etc.);
• Excellent command of the English language, and good knowledge of the French language.
