To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart, we are currently looking to recruit an

IT Specialist (f/m/d) Laboratory Services

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide IT services for our laboratories to ensure a highly integrated and efficient use of IT for enabling our laboratories with solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the laboratory IT services enable delivering our digital and data strategy
• Manage relationships with external service providers for laboratory IT services
• Troubleshoot and analyze applications, interfaces, and systems
• Maintain and keep accurate system documentation, end user knowledge base articles, and work tracking logs
• Further develop and conceptualize specifications and standards
• Provide regular trainings for users and key users
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and apply them to our operations

Your Qualifications:

• University degree in computer science, information technology or a related field or an equivalent qualification
• Expertise in laboratory information systems
• Good knowledge of GxP regulations
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the Biotech industry
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Fluency in English, intermediate German skills
