What will be your main missions?
As an IT Infrastructure Technical Lead, you contribute to the smooth operation, security, and continuous evolution of the company's IT infrastructure.
You will work closely with the other Technical Infrastructure lead of the team, and with the Cyber team to ensure the availability, security and compliance of the infrastructure.
You also play a role in the operational coordination of the IT team and progressively become a key point of contact and representative for the IT Director in day-to-day activities.
Administer and Develop IT Infrastructure
- Manage and develop Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Linux environments (Debian, Red Hat, Ubuntu, etc.), as well as virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox) and SAN/NAS storage solutions.
- Manage and secure network infrastructure, including routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and network monitoring.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and resilience of IT infrastructure and services.
- Contribute to the architecture and evolution of platforms to meet business requirements.
IT Operations
- Oversee the operational follow-up of incidents, service requests, and projects.
- Provide technical expertise on complex issues and act as an escalation point when required.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to the CIO on operational activities, risks, projects, and identified needs.
Maintain Operational Excellence and Security
- Monitor the availability, performance, and compliance of systems and infrastructure.
- Handle incidents, analyze alerts, and lead the resolution of recurring issues.
- Participate in the identification, tracking, and remediation of vulnerabilities in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.
- Maintain up-to-date tools, configurations, procedures, and documentation required for the efficient operation of the information system.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and security requirements.
Contribute to IT Strategy and Projects
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the IT roadmap and information systems transformation initiatives.
- Participate in identifying business needs and translating them into appropriate technical solutions.
- Contribute to technical decision-making, budget preparation, and capacity planning activities.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service quality metrics, and operational efficiency indicators.
- Contribute to compliance initiatives, audits, and the continuous improvement of information system security.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement of IT Services
- Automate and industrialize operations to improve service quality and team efficiency.
- Promote DevOps, operational excellence, and continuous improvement best practices.
- Proactively recommend technical enhancements, tools, IT services, and process improvements.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and support the development of team skills and expertise.
Working Conditions
- On-site position at the Broadpeak headquarters.
- Participation to IT on-call rotation in the future.
- Availability to occasionally perform planned activities outside regular business hours, particularly for critical maintenance operations, infrastructure upgrades, and business continuity or disaster recovery testing.
Who are we looking for?
Engineering degree or Master's level qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in the administration and operation of systems, network, and cloud infrastructures.
Strong technical expertise in Microsoft and Linux environments, as well as virtualization, storage, networking, and monitoring technologies.
Good understanding of DevOps practices, automation, and scripting tools such as PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Python, and Git.
Written and spoken English.
