Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers via live chat, email, and phone communications.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support.
• Guide customers through the features and benefits of various automotive offerings to enhance their overall experience.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new automotive products to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and reporting.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Strong interest in automotive products and the automotive industry.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
