Lead Front Dev

Purpose

As part of a newly created cross-functional delivery team, you will design, build, and operate secure, scalable, and fully automated cloud platforms supporting prototypes and MVPs You will collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to deliver user-centric, fast, and visually compelling experiences.

Key Missions

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Your daily tasks will include:

• Building responsive, modern web applications using React/Next.js.

• Integrating frontend interfaces with backend services and secure authentication flows.

• Implementing reusable UI components and design systems.

• Ensuring performance, accessibility, and seamless UX.

• Participating in product ideation workshops and rapid prototyping cycles.

• Applying secure development practices.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Core Technical Skills

• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js.

• Strong understanding of state management and API integration.

• Knowledge of authentication frameworks (OpenID Connect, OAuth2).

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).

• Azure cloud experience is a strong plus.

Programming

• Ability to produce high-quality, maintainable code.

• Familiarity with CI/CD and component-driven development.

Profile & Other Information

EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND

You are passionate about modern frontend development, UX/UI excellence, and delivering clean digital experiences. You enjoy working in rapid, autonomous, multidisciplinary teams.

You hold a Bac +5 or equivalent and have strong experience developing advanced web applications.
