In light of the growing importance of Digital, Technology and Data across Pluxee’s global operations, and to support the acceleration of its strategic, technological and procurement related priorities in a multi country environment, Pluxee is establishing a fixed term position reporting to the Head of Procurement, Tech & IP Legal Department. 
This role will contribute to strengthening operational execution, ensuring alignment with Pluxee’s standards, and supporting key procurement initiatives,  particularly in IT/Technology, by providing strategic and legal support on complex supplier contracts, in close partnership with Procurement and IT teams. 
 

As a Legal Counsel, your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Procurement activities by providing clear, pragmatic and cost‑effective legal advice.
• Drafting and negotiating HQ-level and multi-countries agreements across the IT/digital ecosystem (software, SaaS, cloud, data, cybersecurity, consultancy, integration) as well as other type of supplier contracts.

• Supporting strategic negotiations and contributing to the legal assessment of key digital or technology‑driven projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Leading negotiations autonomously within allocated scopes, ensuring alignment with Pluxee’s legal, procurement and risk management standards, in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Contributing to the implementation of IP/ IT governance by developing guidelines, templates, trainings and best practices.
•  Participating in the global legal network and contributing to transversal initiatives.

Profile & Experience

• Qualified legal professional with 5–10 years of experience in commercial and technology contracts, gained in a law firm and/or in‑house within a complex international environment.
• Strong commercial and business mindset, able to translate legal risks into pragmatic, solution‑oriented recommendations.
• Proven ability to lead negotiation autonomously, and drive balanced, win‑win outcomes.
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English and French
•  ​Team player with strong drafting and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and influence non‑legal stakeholder

• Comfortable operating in a multicultural context and interacting with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Analytical, rigorous and well-organized, able to manage high workload under tight deadlines.
