We are seeking an organised and proactive Logistics Administrator to join our logistics team. This is an onsite position supporting the Logistics Manager and working within a collaborative team of 4–5 logistics professionals.
Role Overview
The Logistics Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day logistics operations of the business, ensuring the efficient movement of goods across international markets. The successful candidate will work closely with logistics coordinators and external partners in the UK, Belgium, and France, assisting with shipment planning, administration, and supply chain coordination.
This role would suit someone with previous international logistics experience, strong SAP and Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Logistics Manager and wider logistics team.
Coordinate and monitor domestic and international shipments.
Liaise with logistics coordinators, suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams across Europe.
Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation within SAP.
Process orders, shipment information, and inventory updates.
Track deliveries and proactively resolve transportation or supply chain issues.
Assist with import and export documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
As and when required produce and maintain logistics reports using Excel.
Monitor stock movements and support inventory management activities.
Communicate shipment updates to internal departments and external partners.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function.
Ensure all logistics activities are completed in line with company procedures and service level requirements.
Desirable
Experience within the water, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or swimming pool industry.
Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
Experience working with European logistics networks.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Logistics Administrator, Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Administrator, or similar logistics support role.
Experience working within an international logistics environment.
Strong working knowledge of SAP.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and spreadsheet management.
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking in fluent English
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across international teams.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
