What is the XPO Graduate Programme?

Each year, through the XPO Graduate Programme, we hire young graduates on permanent contracts. During the two years of the programme, you will develop your skills through role rotations, on-the-job learning and tailored trainings, with the goal of moving quickly towards management roles.

What’s in it for you?

• A 2 years programme, divided into 3 eight-months periods, with different missions (operational missions, support function)
• One of the missions will take place abroad or in an international context
• Individual HR coaching and support throughout the programme, to help you build your career path within XPO
• An assessment will take place at the end of each mission, to help you advance and develop your professional career the way you want
• Ongoing management training sections
• At the end of the programme, you will have access to all of the job positions the company offers
• We offer you an attractive package : 38 K€ annual gross + bonus + reimbursement of accommodation costs for the first month of each mission
• Starting date : January 2026

What we are looking for:

• You have recently graduated from either a Business school, Engineering or Transport & Logistics University with a Master Degree (maximum 2 years since the graduation)
• You are geographically mobile and can relocate to different locations over a period of 2 years; driving license required
• You’re entrepreneurial, committed and as a future career goal you are highly motivated by taking on a Management role
• We expect you to be passionate about working in a challenging and fast paced work environment. As part of a global organization, you collaborate effectively and continuously with your colleagues at all levels in the organization
• You speak and write fluently in French and in English. Ideally you also speak a third language (Spanish is highly appreciated)
