Ipsen is seeking a dynamic Manager, Pharmacovigilance (PV) Partnering to lead and strengthen our global PV partnering activities. This is a high‑visibility role at the heart of ensuring patient safety, compliance, and operational excellence across our global commercial partnerships.

The Role

As Manager, PV Partnering, you will:

• Lead PV partnering strategy across a portfolio of commercial partners, ensuring robust collaboration internally and externally.
• Ensure compliant, effective Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs)—from creation and maintenance to periodic review and termination.
• Oversee partner performance, monitoring PV obligations, KPIs, metrics, and governance processes.
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert, supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement across PV processes.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment, working closely with Global Patient Safety, Legal, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and affiliate teams.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Experience in pharmacovigilance or the pharmaceutical industry
• Hands‑on experience with PV agreements, partnering, and regulatory inspections
• Strong negotiation skills and cross‑functional collaboration experience
• Solid knowledge of pre‑ and post‑marketing PV legislation
• A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or business administration
• Fluency in English and French
