As a strategic leader in the Pricing and Analytics team, the Manager of Pricing and Analytics will focus on B2C rates and offers, including but not limited to, public rate structure, global tactical promotions, packages and loyalty preferred offers, as well as ensuring overall rate consistency across segments. This critical role requires balancing strategic initiatives with operational performance to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience. The Manager will oversee offer administration while leveraging data analytics to optimize pricing strategies.
What you will be doing:
Design offer structure: Develop and recommend optimal pricing structures for B2C standard public rates and other public or qualified offers, ensuring overall alignment across segments, market demand and competitive positioning.
Offer Creation and Roll-Out: Lead the creation, development, and roll-out of B2C rates and offers in collaboration with loading teams to ensure seamless implementation in hotels. Ensure that all promotional materials and pricing structures are effectively communicated and executed.
Explore new pricing mechanisms: Identify and implement innovative pricing mechanisms to enhance revenue growth and improve the attractiveness of our offerings.
Regional collaboration: Work closely with the hub and brands commercial teams to analyze regional needs, tailoring pricing strategies to meet specific market demands.
Evaluate performance: Carefully analyze the performance of key pricing and promotion initiatives, utilizing insights to refine strategies and maximize revenue.
