About The Role

The Regulatory Affairs Manager (REACH Expert) is a critical enabler of DKSH's Specialty Chemicals business across Europe, ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic alignment with an evolving chemical regulatory landscape. This role combines REACH dossier management, regulatory intelligence, and cross-functional business partnering to protect and grow DKSH's market access across the European Union, United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Operating at a European scope, the role requires close collaboration with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and internal commercial and operational teams across multiple markets.

This role is open to candidates based in Warsaw (Poland), Porto (Portugal) or Miribel (France).

What You Will Deliver

• Manage and maintain REACH registrations and regulatory dossiers to ensure continuous compliance and business readiness


• Monitor and interpret REACH, CLP, BPR, and other European chemical regulations to proactively identify and manage regulatory risk


• Ensure regulatory compliance across the supply chain in the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland, safeguarding uninterrupted market access


• Provide regulatory guidance and risk assessments to commercial and operational teams, enabling informed and compliant business decisions


• Support audits, inspections, regulatory defense activities, and process improvements to continuously strengthen the organisation's compliance posture


• Represent DKSH in industry associations and regulatory working groups, building strategic influence and maintaining awareness of regulatory developments

What You Bring

• Master's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field


• 5 to 10 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in the chemical industry


• Proven expertise in REACH registrations and European chemical regulations


• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills


• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage
