You\u0027ll receive leadership training, personal coaching, and network with senior leaders. Through rotational assignments across various locations and business areas, you will develop a broad skill set and prepare for future leadership roles.\n\nThe program will start with the role of a Mechanical Engineer in Nouan Le Fuzelier, France, in the GEIS (Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions) division of the company in September 2026. \n\nThe second year of the program will take place in another EMEA country within one of the following disciplines: mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, embedded systems, power electronics, product development, software engineering. Potential locations for the second-year assignment include Ireland, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n * Develop and design mechanical components made of plastic for explosion-proof electrical equipment.\n * Conduct technical analyses and calculations to ensure the functionality and safety of the developed components.\n * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including electronics engineers and product designers, to develop innovative solutions.\n * Create 3D Models in SolidWorks\n * Create technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.\n * Perform tests and validations of the developed components according to relevant standards and regulations.\n * Support the creation and evaluation of prototypes.\n * Continuously improve existing products and processes to increase efficiency and quality.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Currently pursuing or already holding a Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field), with a graduation date no later than August 2026. \n\n * Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience (including any internships)\n\n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * Knowledge of 3D design software SolidWorks\n * Knowledge of Ansys simulation desirable\n * Effective communication\n * Proactivity and curiosity\n * Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks\n * Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company \n * Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program \n * Fluent English, Ability to speak French is a plus\n\n\n\nEMEAETLDP2026\n\n#LI-EC1\n\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
