Job Description

•              5 to 7 Years of NetSuite experience 

•              NetSuite Functional consultants with working experience on modules 

o             Finance

o             Purchase

o             Sales

o             ARM

o             Zone Advanced Billing / Subscription billing

•              Experience in all levels of testing (Unit, CRP, UAT) with a holistic testing approach

•              Ability to gather information from Business and document the same

•              After Go Live NetSuite Support experience

•              Support end users in all business functions, in the use of NetSuite ERP application relating to scripts, workflows, saved searches and other ad-hoc configuration setups

•              Manage tasks related to ERP administration, improvements, upgrades and enhancements

•              Be able to clearly articulate As-Is with To-Be business needs and be able to educate users on NetSuite system functionality/features and help bridge the gap on processes as needed

•              Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, informational needs and data sources, conduct requirements gathering sessions, meetings and presentations

•              Translate business needs into a clearly defined and detailed business requirements document, inclusive of business use cases, process flows, traceability matrices as well as report mock-ups

•              Document and analyze current business processes and underlying systems/applications

•              Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical staff and business users

•              Language Requirement: Able to speak/read both English and French
