Description de l'emploi - Norwegian Speaking Customer Experience Agent - Work Remotely in Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an opening for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Experience Agent, providing the opportunity to work remotely from Greece! We are seeking passionate individuals who are dedicated to delivering excellent customer support to our Norwegian-speaking clientele. In this role, you will help create positive customer experiences and contribute to our mission of outstanding service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service in Norwegian through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively handle customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
  • Collect customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancements and improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices, enhancing the customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends to assist customers effectively and knowledgeably.
  • Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is beneficial.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and assisting customers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing positively to the team dynamics.
