Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Serve as the point of contact for people and external providers.
Support the planning and coordination of office events, meetings, and conferences.
Support pre-onboarding activities such as employee registration, contract drafting, job description translations, and other relevant documentation.
Conduct initial orientation for newly hired people who come to the office.
Implement and maintain global office policies and procedures.
Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepare and maintain people records and documentation.
Support personnel administration and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support leaders with people scheduling requests.
Foster a positive company culture by organizing events and initiatives that promote team building and employee engagement.
Help plan programs and processes to improve people's welfare.
Deliver on any objectives and projects set out by the direct manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR administration and Office Management
Good Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good command of English language.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
