Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recrutons un(e) Opérateur(trice) de Chai en CDI pour notre site de production basé à Cognac (Charente).

Rattaché(e) à l'adjoint du Responsable Liquide, vous intervenez sur l’ensemble des opérations liées à la préparation, au traitement et à la mise à disposition des liquides, dans le respect des standards Groupe.

Vos principales missions sont :

• Réaliser les opérations de transferts, coupes, réductions, assemblages et finitions définies par votre responsable
• Assurer la mise en œuvre des procédés de réfrigération et de filtration à froid
• Effectuer les opérations de chargement et déchargement d’eaux-de-vie dans le respect des règles ADR
• Réaliser les analyses de laboratoire (TAV, turbidité…) et garantir la fiabilité des résultats
• Contrôler les ingrédients à réception et assurer la traçabilité des données
• Assurer le bon fonctionnement et l’entretien des équipements de chai et de laboratoire
• Appliquer les bons de travail et garantir la conformité des opérations réalisées
• Renseigner les systèmes de suivi et enregistrer les opérations dans l’ERP
• Contribuer à la bonne tenue, au nettoyage et à l’organisation des installations de chai
• Participer aux activités de vieillissement, assemblage, réduction et finition des liquides

Profil et compétences recherchées :

Opérateur(trice) de terrain rigoureux(se) et autonome, vous disposez d’une bonne maîtrise des opérations de chai et des environnements techniques associés.

Vous combinez précision, sens de l’organisation et respect des standards dans un environnement exigeant.

Vous possédez notamment :

• Une bonne maîtrise des calculs liés aux opérations liquides (réduction, ajout d’ingrédients, AP…)
• Des connaissances en fonctionnement d’équipements de laboratoire
• Une connaissance des réglementations ADR, des zones ATEX et des règles de sécurité associées
• Une capacité à travailler en hauteur et en espaces confinés
• Une aptitude à utiliser des équipements de manutention (CACES apprécié)
• Le permis B et le permis citerne serait un plus

Informations complémentaires :

• Déplacements possibles sur l’ensemble des sites (chais extérieurs)

• Intervention sur une large gamme de liquides produits ou embouteillés sur les sites

• Participation aux démarches d’amélioration continue et aux inspections internes
