Operating at the intersection of e-commerce, live entertainment, and community, Jamble is redefining how people interact with fashion online. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your initiatives can have immediate impact.
We are looking for a data-driven, and entrepreneurial Operations Analyst to maximize the performance of our live second-hand shopping auction sales. You will play a central role in our operations, leveraging inventory data from our U.S. based warehouse and real-time sales insights from live auctions to optimize pricing and promotions in real time. These strategic decisions will shape our merchandising approach, boost user engagement, and maximize revenue.
Analyze inventory and sales performance across live shows to identify opportunities for optimization
Make quick, data-backed decisions on product pricing, promotions, and merchandising in real time to boost engagement and sales
Collaborate closely with Jamble’s live sellers to implement inventory and pricing strategies tailored to each live auction
Track key metrics and share actionable insights with the team to continuously improve results
Stay up to date with trends in resale, live commerce, and consumer behavior to inform our strategy
Suggest and experiment with new methods to enhance the shopping experience and address user needs
Strong analytical skills and and a proven track record of leveraging data to drive strategic decision making
At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or a fast paced start-up environment
Innovative mindset with a passion for experimentation and optimization
Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative team player
Proven proficiency in both French and English
Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.)
