Job Summary
As an Operator at JD.com, Inc., you will be a vital part of our operations team, responsible for monitoring and managing automated systems and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient workflow in our facilities.

Job Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor a variety of machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
* Perform routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
* Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or operational anomalies to supervisors.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
* Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize operational efficiency and resolve issues.
* Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading as required.
* Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of new technologies and processes.

Job Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience in an operational or manufacturing environment is preferred.
* Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor adjustments and troubleshooting.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address issues promptly.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
* Basic computer literacy is a plus.
