This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our Quality Assurance team by ensuring that packaging solutions meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. As a Packaging Quality Assurance professional, you will play a crucial role in upholding regulatory requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective packaging quality oversight.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and audits of packaging materials and processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards governing packaging quality within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and logistics, to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the packaging lifecycle.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve packaging-related quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as necessary.
• Prepare and maintain packaging quality documentation, including specifications, protocols, and reports.
• Participate in vendor evaluations and audits to ensure quality compliance from suppliers.

About You

We are looking for a motivated individual who is keen to advance their career in Quality Assurance and Packaging. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in packaging quality assurance and demonstrate the values that guide Excelya.

• Experience: Proven experience in packaging quality assurance within the pharmaceuticals, biotech, or related industries.
• Skills: Strong understanding of packaging materials, regulations, and industry standards. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
