Job Description:
You join the Legal Transformation team for a 9-month mission to ensure continuity of Legal Operations activities. Working closely with a Contract Management Administrator and in collaboration with Legal, IT & Digital teams, you contribute to strategic projects and the smooth running of contract tools across the Group.
Your mission
- Lead the go-live and operational follow-up of the legal chatbot.
- Contribute to legal design of templates and support training activities (iLearn/iSpring).
- Perform functional administration of Ariba CLM (OneID access, delegations, user support, content updates, workspace clean-up).
- Manage and harmonize contract templates and the clause library.
- Communicate with users, manage mailing lists, and track key metrics.
About you
- First experience in contract management / paralegal / Legal Ops in an international environment.
- Comfortable with SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and PDF Writer; basic knowledge of a CLM (Ariba preferred).
- Organized, proactive, and able to work autonomously on day-to-day tasks.
- Fluent in French and English (any additional language is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Law required.
- Specialization in Legal Operations, project management, or digital transformation is a plus.
