Payroll & HR Administrator
About the Role
As the Payroll and HR Administrator , you will be part of a Global HR Team. The payroll manager will support you in the day-to-day running of Payroll and HR administration processes. You will also undertake various other administrative responsibilities for the HR function. Responsibilities of this role include managing and maintaining data within the HR system of record, including data auditing and reporting.
About Your Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day activities of the Payroll as required and requested.
Handling enquiries and assigning priority as appropriate
• Provide support as needed for the processing of payroll activities to ensure on-time completion, including, but not limited to, proactive contact with employees and managers, collection and verification of time and attendance data, and providing payroll data to third parties.
• Apply problem-solving techniques to ensure the effective processing of payrolls.
• Take ownership and make recommendations to improve payroll processes.
• Manage and administrate the Time and Attendance system (ADP), control the proper integration with the payroll system, train and advise employees and managers, and ensure settings are updated with the provider when needed.
• Act as an interface with social organisations (social security, health insurance, life insurance, occupational medicine) & temporary agencies.
• Administrate the local benefits (meal vouchers, vacation vouchers, working medals).
• Manage the HR admin tasks related to new hires, departures, and internal moves, as well as employees’ events such as sick leave, maternity/parental leave, and incapacity.
• Being responsible for HR data reporting internally & externally and associated mandatory declarations, such as gender index, disabled workers, construction effort, and apprenticeship tax.
• Punctually can support the wider HR community to support internal communication and local initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and employees' well-being.
• Keep up to date with SPX Flow business operational news.
• Share any learnings with the rest of the team.
• Ensure KPIs are met to a high standard.
